Loan Forms & Templates
- Amortization Schedule – Calculates Annual Payments and Interest Rate on a BRC Loan based on the Loan Amount and Number of desired years for repayment.
- Amortization Schedule 1-Yr Interest Only – Calculates Annual Payments and Interest Rate on a BRC Loan based on the Loan Amount and Number of desired years for repayment. Allows for the first year’s payment to be Interest only, no principal.
- Amortization Schedule 2-Yr Interest Only – Calculates Annual Payments and Interest Rate on a BRC Loan based on the Amount and Number of desired years for repayment. Allows for the first two annual payments to be Interest only, no principal.
