Getting your product in front of the right buyers can change everything for a growing business. Through the Wyoming Business Council’s trade show program, qualifying Wyoming companies can exhibit at major national and international trade shows – increasing sales, building exposure, and establishing a foothold in markets well beyond our borders.
Due to limited booth space, we select participating companies through an application process. Strong applicants can show the capacity to handle order growth, real sales potential, a plan for expanding outside Wyoming, and readiness for the trade show floor.

How Pricing Works
Our goal is to help emerging Wyoming businesses get established, not to subsidize participation forever. New exhibitors start with fully subsidized booth space in Year 1, then transition to full cost over four years (five for qualifying startups). After that time period, companies are welcome to continue exhibiting in the WBC Pavilion at standard rates as space allows.
