For BRC projects, written comments shall be received by the Council no less than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the public meeting at which the application is to be considered by the Board and only written comments submitted to [email protected] or mail will be considered.
Business Ready Community Grant & Loan Program Rules
Submit your public comments regarding updates to the Business Ready Community Grant and Loan Program Rules (Click on “Business Council (085)” and review rules under Chapter 1: General Provisions, Chapter 3: BRC Loan Information, and Chapter 4: Managed Data Center Cost Reduction Funding) to [email protected] and include “BRC Rules” in the subject line of your email.
Rule changes are related to updating definitions, increasing maximum awards, and increasing match requirements.
The public Comment Period ends Sunday, June 25, at 11:59 p.m. MST.
