SBIR

This program is designed to match funds for Wyoming companies who have been awarded Phase I or Phase II federal funds through the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) or Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs.

Applicants must commit to remaining in Wyoming and yearly reporting for three years after the commercialization of their technology and seek additional funding.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and we may reach out for additional information if the application isn’t clear or compleete.

Awards will be made in the following amounts:

• Phase I Matches
  • Up to $100,000 for first-time SBIR Phase 1 awardees
  • Up to $70,000 for repeating SBIR Phase 1 awardees

• Phase II Matches
  • Up to $200,000
