Economic Development Funding Analyst

The first point of contact for businesses, communities, and fellow WBC team members for business financing guidance and services. This role develops relationships, actively promotes and ensures statewide awareness of WBC financing programs among businesses, communities, and financial institutions. In this role, you will assess client financial conditions and recommend appropriate financing tools including equity to startups and structure development projects. As WBC’s Economic Development Funding Analyst you will also prepare loan documents, process and service loans, perform financial due diligence, and ensure compliance with banking and investment regulations. WBC’s Economic Development Funding Analyst is a critical thinker who is proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and thoughtful decision-maker.
