Creates opportunities for Wyoming businesses to reach their full potential by partnering with banks and various other entities to identify and secure ideal mechanisms.Oversee multiple state loan programs by understanding and developing rules, guidelines, and maintaining close relationships with commercial lenders, bond underwriters, economic development groups, and WY AG and Treasurer’s Offices.
