Join serial entrepreneur and retail guru Tom Shay online, Sept. 28 from 2-3:30 pm, to explore ways to strengthen your customer base and create loyal customers who love your business as much as you do.  The webinar will be free of charge due to funding from a Portable Assistance Grant from the U.S. Small Business Administration, but participants must register to obtain the link to the program at

In order to get the most benefit from this program, participants should think about the following questions in terms of their business.

  • How was the 2017 season?
  • What kind of opportunities do you see for next year?
  • Heading into the winter season, how does your cash situation look?
  • What was the biggest surprise this summer season?
  • What was the biggest disappointment of this summer season?

Tom Shay, a fourth-generation small business owner, will present the webinar.  Tom has authored over 13 books on small business management and written over 400 columns in 75 trade publications.  His “nuts and bolts” approach has helped many retailers improve their operations and profitability.
