2025 02/03 Request for Proposal:
BEAD Grant Administration, Compliance, & Reporting

Purpose: To solicit competitive proposals from proposers who can offer BEAD Administration, Compliance and Reporting Requirements as required by BEAD Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) needs and expectations, as described within this RFP.

Scope of Work: Offer a comprehensive compliance and reporting requirements of the BEAD Program, meeting Department of Commerce/NTIA requirements and deadlines to ensure the State of Wyoming and its subrecipients are eligible for broadband infrastructure funds. The successful proposer will be required to provide a high level of quality services which are normally associated with the handling of a state government account of this scope and size.

The completed RFP must be submitted to [email protected] by 2 PM MST on Monday, February 4th, 2025.

The Wyoming Business Council reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to award the contract to the next most qualified proposer if a successful agreement cannot be reached with the highest-ranked proposer.
