CHEYENNE, Wyo. – The Wyoming Main Street Advisory Board will meet in Glenrock, Wyoming, on Thursday, May 14, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to discuss the program’s strategic direction and expanding its impact across the state’s downtown districts.
The meeting will be held in person at the Glenrock Town Square Upstairs Meeting Room (500 W Aspen St.) and is open to the public. Virtual attendance is also available via Zoom.
As the state’s primary resource for downtown revitalization, the Advisory Board will focus on positioning Wyoming Main Street as the leading expert in downtown development. Key agenda items include:
- Measuring Program Impact: Evaluating how Wyoming Main Street produces tangible outcomes in communities and how those results inform future services and staffing.
- Expanding the Main Street Network: Identifying common downtown development needs across the state to determine how any community can access Main Street services and expertise.
- Main Street Mentorship Program: Developing a peer-to-peer structure to help onboard new communities and ensure progress through shared local experience.
- Capacity and Sustainability: Reviewing current staffing scope in relation to growing demand and exploring funding diversification to support future initiatives.
The board will also discuss upcoming projects, including the annual Main Street Legislative Report, the Preserve Wyoming conference in Casper (Sept. 16-18), and plans for the Fall Main Street Managers Retreat.
