SHERIDAN, WYO. – The Wyoming Business Council (WBC) will hold its quarterly Board of Directors meeting in Sheridan, Wyoming, and virtually on Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2025, beginning at 8 a.m. The WBC Board will also hold a public work session on Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2025, from 1 to 4 p.m. Both meetings will take place at the Wyo Theater (42 N. Main Street, Sheridan).
The Wyoming Main Street Advisory Board will also meet in Sheridan and virtually on Tuesday, Sept. 9, from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Wyo Theater in the Second Floor Conference Room. Main Street Manager Kayla Kler will provide an overview of Wyoming Main Street (WMS) and the annual legislative report, conduct some advisory board housekeeping, and preview changes to the WMS handbook and policies. Tuesday afternoon, WBC board members, staff, and partners will participate in an interactive session focused on Sheridan’s economic development initiatives. Together, they will take a candid look at past projects—what they hoped to achieve, what happened, and what they learned along the way. Through informal dialogue and hands-on work sessions, board members and staff will gain a deeper understanding of Sheridan County’s development journey and help shape future catalyst projects for Wyoming communities.

On Wednesday, the WBC Board will consider one Business Ready Community (BRC) grant request from Lincoln County and conduct other regular business, including discussing and adopting proposed BRC rules revisions, hearing program updates on Wyoming Main Street, WYVC, and Kickstart, and considering two Succession Loan requests.
