A public comment period is open June 4 to July 27, 2025, regarding updates to the Business Ready Community Grant and Loan Program Rules.
Before submitting your comments, you can review the proposed changes in the repealed and new rules PDF or on the Secretary of State’s website at rules.wyo.gov. (Click on “Proposed Rules” then go to the “Business Council (085)” and review rules under Business Ready Communities Chapters 1, 3, & 4 that are proposed to be repealed. Also, under Building Resilient Communities, review the new rules under Chapters 1, 2, & 3.)

For BRC projects, written comments shall be received by the Council no less than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the public meeting at which the application is to be considered by the Board and only written comments submitted to [email protected] or mail will be considered.
