A public comment period is open Sept. 27 to Nov. 11, 2024, regarding updates to the Business Ready Community Grant and Loan Program Rules.
Before submitting your comments, you can review the proposed changes on the Secretary of State’s website at rules.wyo.gov. (Click on “Proposed Rules” then go to the “Business Council (085)” and review rules under Chapter 1: General Provisions, Chapter 3: BRC Loan Information, and Chapter 4: Managed Data Center Cost Reduction Funding.)
Submit your comments to [email protected] and include “BRC Rules” in the subject line of your email.
The public Comment Period ends Monday, Nov. 11, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. MST.
Submit your public comments to [email protected] and include the project name you are commenting on in the subject line of your email.
For BRC projects, written comments shall be received by the Council no less than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the public meeting at which the application is to be considered by the Board and only written comments submitted to [email protected] or mail will be considered.
