Purpose and Scope
The Wyoming Business Council offers rural development grants to communities and organizations to improve the conditions of rural Wyoming.
Community Economic Development Grant
Community Economic Development Grants can be used for projects that enhance a community’s quality of life through economic development projects.
- CD Grants are a maximum of $10,000
- CD Grant Application deadlines are 2x/year: March 1 and September 1
Leadership Grants
These grants sponsor programs that grow business and economic development leadership skills for formal and informal community leaders. The Wyoming Business Council supports training, activities, or other programs that foster the development of leadership skills by providing funding for both youth and adult organizations. Individual scholarships are not included.
We strongly recommend you contact your Regional Director to facilitate trainings.
- Youth Organization Grants are $2,000/year
- Adult Organization Grants for ED & Leadership Training Programming are $1,500/year
