For many years, research has focused on how to engage the millennial generation. But when a newly minted college graduate walks across the stage in 2019, he or she won’t be a Millennial. That individual is a member of Gen Z. This webinar will share insights on Gen Z, discuss implications for businesses, and facilitate discussions centered on the incoming generation of adults. Attendees will leave armed with tangible steps to thoughtfully engage Gen Z audiences. About the presenter: Upon graduation from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication, Dianne Burner served nine years on active duty in the United States Air Force. Her marketing and public relations experience began with an assignment in AF Recruiting Service based out of Omaha, Nebraska. Dianne went on to earn a Master of Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and later worked as a community volunteer—all the while devoting the bulk of her time to raising an “Air Force family.” Upon her return to the paid work force, Dianne enjoyed positions in civil service as a public affairs specialist, aircraft maintenance administrator, and marketing director. Dianne currently works at Wyoming Public Media, where she is able to share her high energy, customer centric approach to sales and marketing with the statewide community. “I believe optimum results are the result of T.E.A.M. work (Together Everyone Achieves More). By creatively improving a business’ relationships with their past, present and future customers, and organizations are empowered to achieve even greater results.”
