Wyoming Exports

Wyoming businesses interested in exporting are encouraged to attend a series of four free webinars hosted by the Wyoming Small Business Development Center Network and the Wyoming Business Council beginning at 2 p.m. on May 21.

Anthony Russo, president of TradeHub International, will offer his expertise in education, training, market research and penetration strategies to help businesses take the first steps toward exporting.

The first webinar will help small business owners establish whether exporting is a viable, profitable opportunity for their company.

About 95 percent of the world’s potential customers are outside the United States, and the global demand for “Made in USA” products is only increasing.

The second webinar, to be held at 2 p.m. on June 25, will detail how to best ship your goods to an international customer efficiently, securely and legally.

Russo’s third webinar will teach small business owners the various costs – including tariffs, customs fees and foreign taxes – that must be considered in order to build out a proper cost structure. The webinar will be held at 2 p.m. on July 23.

The final webinar, held at 2 p.m. on Aug. 20, is all about market selection and choosing distribution sales channels that are most effective for your goals.
