Data Center Legislation
The Wyoming Legislature created the program during the 2007 session. The purpose of the program is to improve of data generation and information technology storage capabilities, encourage expansion of existing information technology enterprises, and provide reduced costs of electrical power or bandwidth, or both. The proposed amendments provide for a method of application review, recommendation, establishment of terms and conditions for awards.
