Course Objectives Ensuring that the participants:

• Understand the impact of the new standard and benefits that can be achieved

• Learn the direct responsibilities and expectations required of top management

• Understand the relationship between strategy and the management system, and how to maximize what you are already doing while simultaneously addressing the new ISO requirements
