The new version of ISO 9001:2015 brings new substantially beneficial opportunities but demands commitment from Leadership and integration of a single meaningful business system.

Course Objectives Ensuring that the participants:

• Understand the impact of the new standard and benefits that can be achieved

• Understand what the changes mean for top management and the organization

• Learn the direct responsibilities and expectations required of top management

• Understand the relationship between strategy and the management system, and how to maximize what you are already doing while simultaneously addressing the new ISO requirements

• Understand the effort, resources, expertise, etc. required to make this project a success
